These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
The site is operated by dataBrain Lab, owner of the alFatora product. Contact: [email protected].
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this marketing website only. Use of the alFatora platform or the customer portal is governed by the agreement signed with the customer, and that agreement prevails over anything here that conflicts with it.
The content is information, not advice
The articles, updates, cost calculator and everything else published here are general information about e-invoicing and tax obligations. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice and are no substitute for it.
Compliance decisions for your business should be taken with your own advisers and against the text the competent authority itself publishes.
The authority’s text prevails
We summarise regulators’ announcements and link to their sources. Those announcements may change or be amended after we publish. Where anything on this site differs from what the authority publishes, the authority’s own text governs.
The calculator and any prices shown
Figures produced by the calculator are estimates for illustration. They are not a binding offer and not a quotation. No pricing obligation arises except under a signed agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available without interruption but do not guarantee it. We may change, withdraw or suspend any part of its content without prior notice.
Acceptable use
When using this site you agree not to:
- Damage the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorisation.
- Scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for others.
- Impersonate alFatora or any authority, or imply a relationship that does not exist.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this site are owned by or licensed to us. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link to the original page; you may not republish whole articles or use them in a competing product.
Names and marks that are not ours
The names of the authorities and their systems — including the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the Fatoora platform, the Egyptian Tax Authority and the Federal Tax Authority — belong to their owners and appear here descriptively.
Their appearance does not indicate approval, endorsement or any official affiliation between us and the authority concerned, and must not be read as an accreditation or licence from it unless stated explicitly and attributed to its source.
External links
This site links to external sites, including those of the authorities. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Enquiries create no contract
Submitting the start-now form or requesting a demo is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase order, not an acceptance by us, and creates no contractual obligation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, the content is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for decisions taken in reliance on general information published here.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Country-specific clauses
The following applies in addition to everything above and does not affect any mandatory rights your own country’s law gives you.

Use of the site from within the Kingdom is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
